Delivery

  • During checkout, you'll receive an estimated delivery date range.*
  • Review your confirmation email for your estimated delivery date.
  • Orders typically arrive 2-4 business days after shipment, but there can be carrier delays (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) especially during periods of higher shipping volume. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, track your order.
  • Orders that ship from the vendor or larger items may take longer to be delivered.

*This delivery date range is not available from Black Friday through Cyber Monday due to the increased number of packages being processed.

  • We offer free returns! Print your prepaid return label.
  • If you don't have access to a printer, contact our customer service team to get a return label mailed to you.

Please Note: You may return your items to any of our CERBE locations by going to the customer service counter with your order number. This number can be found on your order confirmation email.
