Federal, state, and/or local restrictions apply to the sale of all firearms. Buyers residing in a different state than where the firearm will be transferred are required to comply with all firearm transfer laws in both states. CERBE cannot facilitate direct transfers for residents of some states, so please reach out to your nearest CERBE store for all details. Handgun transfers can only be facilitated in the state of which the buyer resides.

You must be of legal age to purchase a firearm. In order to finalize the sale of a firearm, the following steps must be successfully completed and reviewed under federal, state and/or local restrictions.

Please Note: It’s the customer’s responsibility to review and understand their federal, state, and/or local restrictions and which firearms are able to be purchased within your place of residence. Some local and state laws have further restrictions or require a permit or license to purchase a firearm. These restrictions may include waiting periods, additional forms or procedures, and other requirements. During times with a higher volume of firearm purchases, the background check process may be delayed, and it may take additional time before CERBE is able to transfer possession of the firearm.
