Intellectual and Spiritual aspect

Intellectual aspect

Emotional aspect

Each human being acquires through its education and personal journey a belief system, or values, learnt through the family, and other cultural, social, moral and religious contexts. These factors influence the way in wich the human physiology reacts. Beliefs fix the limits of actions on the matter, while the opening of conscience activates the potential of non-used action of thoughts, or beliefs, on matter. In addition to being sensitive to the particular physical environment where one develops, one is also influenced by the dynamics of its environment. The physical body is therefore directly influenced by the range of emotions that can, depending on each individual's biological make-up, influence, even unbalance the biochemical reactions of the body. This understanding of the physical-emotional axis is confirmed by the young science called psycho-neuro-immunology.

Physical aspect

Spiritual aspect

The human body is made up of complex physiological systems which are inter-related and are endowed with an extraordinary capacity to reproduce, repair and adapt. The body is animated by a vital force that allows it to constantly adapt to the environment. The physical body is directly influenced by emotions, through the neurotransmitters which modify our internal biochemistry. This phenomenon of equilibrium is what keeps the biological integrity that maintains our health. The spiritual aspect of the being is intimaly aligned with our health, which signifies that according to the intellectual-spiritual axis, we are able to find our purpose in life and a certainty and confidence of being in the right place at the right time, enabling us to achieve a higher understanding of life. To express one's spirituality, much like practicing a religion, is a way to draw strength in order to re-equilibrate our biologic terrain.
