Shipping

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Express-shipped products are shipped the next business day and typically delivered in 2-4 days. Most international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis, meaning taxes and duties are included at checkout for certain countries.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item for whatever reason, we do have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Simply return your sneakers in their original condition with both the sneaker box and an outer protective box for a full Tdp, no questions asked. Items bought on sale or with a promotional code are only eligible for store credit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email and process your Tdp within 10 working days.
